RETURNS & CLAIM POLICY
Our policy is that we don't accept returns of opened and/or used items. A credit/refund may not be issued if the product is not defective or is returned without authorization.
Before returning any product/s, please email us to receive a return authorization. In many cases, the problem could be resolved without the goods being returned. You will
need to pay the shipping to return any product/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your products were damaged by the courier, you need to let us know immediately, so we can take the neccessary action to remedy the problem. Please take some photo's
of the goods and boxes. These can be emailed through to us.
