DELIVERY
Orders from outside South Africa - shipping is possible by sending your own courier to collect .. Fedex/UPS/DHL/..etc. Depending on your location and laws in your country,
you may be required to pay additional charges (VAT, custom duties, taxes, .. etc).
For orders within South Africa, we make use of a nationwide road-freight courier service. This is a door to door service. We ship free within South Africa on orders over R500.
For orders under R500, a charge of R85 is added.
The courier service does not deliver to Post Offices (P.O. Box addresses). Once payment has been received, expect delivery to outlying towns within 2-4
days. For main cities, expect delivery within 2 days. Weekend orders are sent out on Monday. Please ensure that
someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. The courier is not able to accept cash or payments or stock on our behalf.
The courier only operates during office hours - monday to friday. Not on holidays or weekends.
ON-SITE WARRANTY
We do not supply an on-site warranty for any products.
